The system is envisaged for the control of the cutting of cheese according to the weight set.
Before the modernization, the line of the cutting of cheese allowed to cut the cheese in accordance with the certain size, disregarding the weight.
The processor CPU 314ST/DPM - SPEED7 performs the control of the cheese cutting process according to the following algorithm:
- Measures the total weight of the cheese cart wheel (SIWAREX U)
- Measures the sizes of the cheese cart wheel (laser sensors "Pepperl&Fuchs")
- Calculates the volume of the cheese cart wheel and the coordinates of the cutting points
- Controls the cutting processes in the determined coordinates
- Controls the actual weight of the pieces cut
The operator panel Touch Panel TP605CQ allows to set the cheese pieces being set from the prescriptions and to control the work of the line.
