The control system is foreseen for the leading and controlling of the oats (grain) feeding from the containers of the grains to the production unit.
The control system of the elevator consists of:
- The operator station, which is formed and created on the basis of the Siemens WinCC software;
- The automation cabinet PLC S7-315 (Siemens) for controlling;
- The peripheral control cabinet of the motors on the base of ET200S (Siemens);
- The divided systems of the leading and controlling of the devices on the AS interface modules "IFM" and on the base of the DP/Asi "Siemens" module.
The purpose of the introduction of this system is to control the devices, which are located in the various rooms and are remote from the operator panel.
