Used controller: Siemens Simatic A)S7-315 B)S7-314 .
The task of the presented modernization was to replace the controllers of the Siemens S5 series with the two conveyer lines of the production Siemens Simatic S7. Such modernization is necessary, because the Siemens controllers S5 are not already being produced and their supplies diminish in the warehouses.
A)
During the process of the modernization in the control system of the bottle conveyer line the old S5-series controller was replaced with the Siemens Simatic S7-315 controller of the new type.
During the process of the modernization, the PLC program of the S5 series was read, its conversion was carried out, and the program was transferred to the controller of the new type.
For the processing of the S5 PLC program, the software "PG2000" (process-informatics) was used.
The conversion of the program was performed, by means of using of the software packages "Step7" utility "converting S 5 files". The further processing and optimization of the program is performed with the help of Step 7.
This main feature of this project is the performance of the corrections, without stopping of the device, which was achieved, due to the application of the transition modules.
B)
