The system provides completely automated control over a mixed fodder production plant with max product output 15 tons per hour. The following technological processes are controlled registered by the system: grain charging into bins, weighing, milling, dosing, palletizing, storing and supply of ready products.
The recipe system is based on Simatic BATCH. It gives the possibility to create, edit and store hundreds of mixed fodder recipes. Reports, generated by the system, meet the quality control system requirements.
