Used controller: based on Basic Tiger (Wilke Technology GmbH) .
It is essential to ensure the constant temperature of the wine flow during the filling in bottles or other tare.
The basic task of the process is to provide the maintenance of the wine flow temperature from + 8 °C to + 10 °C with precision + 0,5 °C with the rule that the input temperature of wine changes within from + 4 °C to + 20 °C. It can be reached using two contours of heat exchangers. Heat exchanger No 1 ensures the control of temperature in the rosol (CaCl2 H2O) contour by using proportional valve. Heat exchanger No 2 is used for wine temperature regulation in water contour depending from Vprop 2 position. Controller analysing the signals of temperaturesensors T1 and T2 (comparing with set-pointed values) produces control signal to the automatically controlled valve according to the PID algorithm. In consequence the intensity of the flow of the rosol mix (CaCl2 H2O) and water in the pipes changes. In addition the full closing of the pneumatic open/closed valve in the rosol contour in the case, if is detected no flow in the output. It is recognized using a special flow indicator.
