Used controller: Fatek FBs-20MCT.
The task of the project is to prevent defective products from entrance into packing device. A defective product is two curd snacks that have not been fully cut or an empty packaging without a curd snack in it.
Based on two photo sensors the Controller assesses if the product on the production line is good. If it is not, the defective product is blown off of the production line using an air flow.
